A data-driven audit that exposes phantom pipeline and returns the hours you'd otherwise burn chasing it.

  1. Prepare your pipeline export

    Export your open opportunities as a CSV. Include deal name, value, stage, MEDDPICC score, effort bucket, and the champion / economic buyer status for each row.

  2. Upload the file

    Drop the CSV into the uploader. Processing runs entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to a server until you explicitly request an email copy.

  3. Review the segmentation

    Deals are split into Qualified, At-Risk, Not Real, and Trigger-Failed. The Kill List shows every candidate for termination with a specific reason.

  4. Quantify the dividend

    You'll see phantom pipeline £, wasted seller hours, FTE equivalent recovered, and your true effort-adjusted pipeline value — the number your forecast should actually be built on.

  5. Act on the kill list

    Work through the kill list with your team. Every hour reclaimed from a dead deal is a dividend you can redeploy into deals that can actually close.

Tip: run this audit monthly. Treat the dividend as real capacity — assign it to your top B1 accounts before it evaporates.
